My rating: 4 of 5 stars
Just like the first book, the 2nd book of the series is equally fast-paced with the mixture of mystery, suspense, history, fantasy, and black magic. I never expected to read the tales of knight templars and Indian mythological characters in one story.
Like many other readers, I also do not like a book to end with a cliffhanger. I was just clicking to turn the next page to know what will happen next – when the demi-God Vidyut broke his shackles while he was thrust up like a turkey above a burning pit. The “To be Concluded” message in the book made my mood sour a bit. Nevertheless, my expections for the third installment of the series Kashi – The secret of the black temple has risen really high and I believe the book will to be equally riveting and worthwhile.
